She has had freelance experience since 1988 combined with business experience in management in the IT industry. Wenke Geddert is also a qualified human resources practitioner and trainer, as well as a qualified teacher for the post-compulsory sector.

Work is also carried out on a regular basis from her German office located in Nuremberg, Bavaria.
